Is this software applicable to find out the dispersion velocity, height, distance? What are all the input data required & what are all the output data arrived?

According to the official website, this application is actually an advanced dispersion model used to model the air quality impact of existing and proposed industrial installations. However, I've checked the descriptions and technical documentation, but I couldn't find anything related to what you've mentioned above.
